摘要
为有效满足经济发展过程中对于能源的消费需求,推动能源生产、运输、存储机制的节能化、绿色化属性,有效兼顾油气资源生产加工与碳中和要求,以油气集输系统作为研究对象,通过对节能减排举措的探讨,准确把握节能减排技术要点,构建起新型管理举措,达到降低油气集输系统能源损耗,管控污染物排放的目标定位,逐步形成常态化的节能减排技术体系,对后续油气集输系统的高效运转提供借鉴参考。
In order to effectively meet the demand for energy consumption in the process of economic development,promote the energy saving and green attributes of energy production,transportation and storage mechanism,and effectively take into account the production and processing of oil and gas resources and the requirements of carbon neutrality.Based on gas gathering system as the research object,through to the energy conservation and emissions reduction measures,accurately grasp the energy conservation and emissions reduction technology main points,build up the new management measures,to reducing gas gathering system energy consumption and control pollutant emission target,gradually form a normalized energy conservation and emissions reduction technology system,references are provided for the efficient running of the subsequent gas gathering system for reference.
