危废污泥固体废物规范化管理的问题与对策

Problems and countermeasures of standardized management of hazardous waste sludge solid waste

随着《中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法》(2020年4月29日第二次修订,2020年9月1日实施)的颁布及实施,对企业固体危险废物(以下简称危废)规范化管理的要求也进一步提高。因此,结合企业日常管理和主管部门监督的难点,提出一种适合企业对危废污泥的规范化管理的思路方法,解决企业在日常因污泥水分随贮存时间、环境因素不同而发生重量变化,导致危废污泥台账管理准确率低的问题,从而进一步加强固废规范化的管理,降低企业因管理不当而触犯相关法律条例被处罚的风险。

With the promulgation and implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste(the second revision on April 29,2020,and the implementation on September 1,2020),the requirements for the standardized management of enterprises'solid hazardous waste(hereinafter referred to as hazardous waste)have been further improved.Therefore,combining with the department in charge of daily management and supervision of the difficulty,put forward a suitable for enterprise standardization management idea of the waste sludge method,solve the enterprise in daily for sludge moisture as different storage time,environment factors and weight changes,result in the problem of low accuracy of waste sludge parameter management,thereby further strengthening the management of solid waste of standardization,Reduce the risk that enterprises will be punished for violating relevant laws and regulations due to improper management.
