套铣钻具携带落鱼出井的一种不动火的井口处理方式

套铣指的是用以清除井下管柱与其外层管柱/套管/裸眼之间各种杂物的工艺方法。套铣钻具一般包含套铣鞋、套铣管、顶部接头等外径接近外层管柱/套管或裸眼内径的大尺寸工具,部分情况下,套铣管内径会接近落鱼外径。因此,套铣钻具存在将落鱼带出井口的可能。由于套铣钻具与落鱼间卡点不确定,拆甩时可能会造成落鱼或工具二次落井,如果可以在井口对工具随意分段,则处理难度不大,但多数井况下,井口不允许动火切割。有关类似情况的处理方法,文献很少,作为参考明显不足。本文介绍了渤海某井该种情况的井口处理方式,为今后类似情况的处理提供经验借鉴。

Wash over refers to the process method used to remove all kinds of sundries between downhole string and its outer string/casing/open hole.Wash over tools generally include wash over shoes,wash over pipes,top joints and other large-size tools whose outer diameter is close to the outer string/casing or open hole inner diameter.In some cases,the inner diameter of wash over pipes will be close to the outer diameter of fish falling.Therefore,the wash over tool may bring the fish out of the well.Due to the uncertainty of the sticking point between the wash over tool and the fish,the fish may fallen again when break connections on rotary table surface.If the tool can be segmented on rotary table at will,it is not difficult to deal with it,but under most well conditions,hot work cutting is not allowed on rotary table.There are few literatures on the treatment methods of similar situations,which is obviously insufficient as a reference.This paper introduces the lay down method of a well in Bohai Sea,which provides experience and reference for the treatment of similar situations in the future.
