过去的10年,是以海洋经济为基础,向蓝色经济扩展的10年,也是蓝色经济和海洋经济在概念上并行的10年。在SDG14的指导下,海洋经济得到联合国及其机构、沿海国家以及海岸带社区的高度重视,海洋经济或蓝色经济已涉及海洋的方方面面,突破了传统经济活动范畴。过去的10年是海洋生态修复从局部海域到全球海域发展的过程,海洋的保护、生产和繁荣成为今后的发展方向。海洋经济统计和评估形成了技术指南,提高了国际间海洋经济的可比性。海洋科技的创新发展为海洋经济可持续发展奠定了基础。在后疫情时代,海洋经济发展的道路是曲折的,但前途是光明的。

The past decade has been a decade of expansion to the blue economy based on the marine economy,and a decade of conceptual parallelism between blue economy and marine economy.Under the guidance of SDG 14,marine economy has been highly valued by the United Nations and its agencies,coastal countries and communities.Marine economy or blue economy has involved all aspects of the ocean and has broken through the scope of traditional economic activities.The past decade has witnessed the development of marine ecological restoration from local to global.Marine protection,production and prosperity have become the development direction in the future.Technical guidelines of marine economic statistics and assessment have been formed,and they improved the comparability of marine economy among countries.The innovative development of marine science and technology has laid the foundation for the sustainable development of marine economy.In the post pandemic era,the road of marine economic development is tortuous,but the future is bright.
