摘要
利用三维建模软件建立MDMS-VB型香蕉筛的三维模型,并将其导入ANSYS Workbench中进行模态分析。识别其结构的固有频率与振型,通过研究振型得到筛机结构形变较大的部位,并以此为依据确定监测点的部位,设计振动筛结构损伤监测系统,并应用LabVIEW编写程序对采集到的数据进行显示与分析。通过现场测试,验证了系统的可行性。
The 3 D modeling software was used to build the 3 D model of MDMS-VB banana screen,which was imported into ANSYS Workbench for modal analysis. The natural frequency and vibration mode of the structure were identified, and the parts with large structural deformation of the screen were obtained by studying the vibration mode. Based on this, the locations of the monitoring points were determined, and the monitoring system for structural damage of the vibrating screen was designed.LabVIEW was used to write a program to display and analyze the collected data. The feasibility of the system was verified by field test.
