摘要 为实现煤矿瓦斯抽采泵站少人化、无人化运行,利用自动化控制技术和图像识别技术设计瓦斯抽采泵站智能管理系统。自动化控制技术可实现瓦斯抽采泵站远程集中监控,提高运行可靠性和控制精度;图像识别技术可通过对摄像头实时采集图像分析处理,准确识别机械仪表指针读数、阀门阀板位置、厂区违禁物品等,识别准确度达85%,可替代传统人工巡检,提高瓦斯抽采泵站安全管理水平。相比人工手动操作机器设备、人员定时巡检的瓦斯抽采泵站,应用瓦斯抽采泵站智能管理系统可降低瓦斯抽采泵站60%的人力需求,且对煤矿智能化发展方向起到示范引领作用。 In order to realize less human and unmanned operation of gas extraction pump station in coal mine, the intelligent management system of gas extraction pump station was designed by using automatic control technology and image recognition technology. The automatic control technology can realize the remote centralized monitoring of gas extraction pump station, improve the operation reliability and control accuracy. The image recognition technology can accurately identify the pointer reading of mechanical instruments, the position of valve plate, and the prohibited articles in the plant area through the real-time image acquisition and analysis processing of the camera, with the recognition accuracy of 85%, which can replace the traditional manual inspection and improve the safety of the gas extraction pump station management level. Compared with manual operation of machinery and equipment and regular inspection of personnel, the application of intelligent management system of gas extraction pump station can reduce 60% of the manpower demand of gas extraction pump station, and play a demonstration and leading role in the development direction of intelligent coal mine.
