摘要
根据车辆称重研究现状,提出了一种带霍尔传感器的非接触式称重系统。以煤矿运输车为研究对象,检测钢板弹簧与车架之间的位移变化,利用霍尔传感器的输出量间接获得运输车的载荷。采用ANSYS对某1/2钢板弹簧模型进行了静力和动力学仿真。分析了不同摩擦因数、不同载荷状态下钢板弹簧刚度特性与动态激励下的位移响应。
According to the current research status of vehicle weighing, a non-contact weighing system with Hall sensors was proposed. Taking coal mine truck as the research object, detected the displacement changes between the leaf springs and the frame, and used the output of the Hall sensor to indirectly obtain the load of the truck. The static and dynamic simulations of a 1/2 leaf spring model were carried out by using ANSYS. The stiffness characteristics of the leaf spring under different friction coefficients and different loading conditions and the displacement response under dynamic excitation were analyzed.
