基于ANSYS破碎机破碎齿的动静态性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对破碎机与物料发生破碎时,局部应力集中使得破碎齿开裂,导致破碎齿使用寿命短、安全性能低等问题,合理选择破碎齿的结构类型及最优结构。利用SolidWorks软件建立齿形三维模型,在有限元分析软件中对2种不同齿形进行动、静态性能分析。经对比分析,在破碎机齿形选择及设计上,拉破破碎齿结构动静态性能较直线形破碎齿结构更优,为破碎机破碎齿形的设计与选择提供参考。 In view of the problem that when the crusher and the material are broken, the local stress concentration will cause the broken teeth to crack, which leads to the short service life and low safety performance of the broken teeth, the structure type and optimal structure of the broken teeth should be selected reasonably. Used SolidWorks software to establish the three-dimensional model of the tooth profile, the dynamic and static performance of the two different tooth profiles were analyzed in the finite element analysis software. Through comparative analysis, the dynamic and static performance of the pull broken tooth structure is better than the linear broken tooth structure in the selection and design of the crusher tooth profile, which provides reference for the design and selection of the crusher tooth.
