摘要 针对综采纯水液压支架拉架过程的压力冲击问题,在分析推移机构结构特点基础上,从零负载和带载2个阶段建立了推移千斤顶-液控单向阀控制模型,从理论上分析了推移机构出现压力冲击的主要原因,建立AMESim仿真模型进行了验证,并给出了消除压力冲击的相关措施。研究结果表明:因推移千斤顶速比造成的增压过快导致无法打开液控单向阀是零负载阶段压力冲击的主要原因,合理设计液控单向阀的先导面积比,采用外控式液控单向阀和软启动缓冲阀都能有效地解决推移机构的压力冲击问题。为煤矿安全高效生产提供了一定的技术支撑。 Aiming at the problem of pressure impact in the process of drawing support of fully mechanized mining pure water hydraulic support, based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of the pushing mechanism, the control model of the pushing jack-hydraulic control one-way valve was established from the two stages of zero load and load. The main causes of the pressure impact of the pushing mechanism were analyzed theoretically, and the AMESim simulation model was established and verified, and the relevant measures to eliminate the pressure impact were given. The research results show that the main reason for the pressure impact in the zero load stage is the failure to open the hydraulic control one-way valve due to the excessive pressurization caused by the speed ratio of the pushing jack. The pressure impact of the pushing mechanism can be effectively solved by reasonably designing the pilot area ratio of the hydraulic control one-way valve, using external control hydraulic control one-way valve and the soft start buffer valve. It provides certain technical support for safe and efficient production of coal mines.
