摘要 阐述了自主设计的SDC-2500车装式全液压钻机伸缩桅杆的结构形式和工作原理,并建立了受力分析模型,应用Workbench有限元分析软件通过对内桅杆不同受力位置和外桅杆、整体桅杆的结构强度进行分析,确定了桅杆顶部为最大变形位置,举升钢丝绳固定端为最大应力集中位置,为后续桅杆的优化设计提供了重要的理论依据,同时为同类型桅杆的分析研究提供参考。 The structure and working principle of telescopic mast of truck-mounted hydraulic drilling rig SDC-2500 by self-design were introduced, and the force analysis model was established. By using the finite element analysis software Workbench, the structural strength of the inner mast at different stress positions and the outer mast and the integral mast were analyzed. The top of the mast was determined as the position of the maximum deformation, and the fixed end of the lifting wire rope is the position of the maximum stress concentration, which provides an important theoretical basis for the subsequent optimal design of the mast. At the same time, it provides reference for the analysis and research of the same type of masts.
