摘要
为了研究采煤机内齿圈插齿后齿面表面粗糙度达不到要求的原因,通过选择不同材质的插齿刀具和切削参数分别进行一系列的试验性研究,分析不同材质刀具、切削参数对齿面表面粗糙度的影响。试验结果对提高内齿圈的整体质量具有现实指导意义。
In order to study the reason why the tooth surface roughness of the inner gear ring of shearer can not meet the requirement, a series of experimental studies were carried out by selecting gear shaper cutters with different materials and cutting parameters, the influence of different material cutting tools and different cutting parameters on the surface roughness was analyzed. The test results have practical guiding significance to improve the overall quality of the inner gear ring.
