摘要
为提高导向滑靴堆焊耐磨层的焊接质量,利用机器人代替手工焊,并根据焊接试验分析调整耐磨层的焊接工艺参数。结果表明,堆焊层的平面度和加工余量均较原工艺大幅度下降,既提高了工效,又延长了导向滑靴的使用寿命。
In order to improve the welding quality of the guide shoe hardfacing wear-resistant layer,robot was used instead of manual welding, and welding process parameters of wear-resistant layer were adjusted according to welding test analysis. The results show that the flatness and machining allowance of the hardfacing layer are greatly reduced compared with the original process, which not only improves the working efficiency but also extends the service life of the guide shoe.
