针对采煤机行走箱上的一种齿轮的斜孔加工,设计了一种齿轮斜孔的加工工具,该加工工具主要由钻杆、钻夹头、钻头组成。在斜孔加工时,通过依次使用中心钻、标准钻头、加长钻头完成斜孔的加工。加工方法简便且使用效果好,装拆方便,投入成本低,提高了齿轮斜孔的加工效率,具有很高的推广价值。

Aiming at the inclined hole machining of a kind of gear on the shearer walking box, a processing tool for machining inclined hole on gear was designed, which is mainly composed of a drill pipe, a drill chuck and a drill bit. In the inclined hole processing, through using the center drill, the standard drill bit and the extended drill bit, completes the processing of the inclined hole. The processing method is simple and has good use effect, convenient to install and disassemble, low input cost, which improves the processing efficiency of the gear inclined hole and has high value of popularization.
