摘要
煤矿主通风机性能测试是检查风机是否正常运转的一个重要手段,主通风机周期检验和性能检测对矿方和检测机构来说都是一个复杂而耗时的工程。对原有的测试方法和风杯支架进行重新设计和改进,改变其架构和固定位置,经过数据分析与原始测试方案对比,改进后的风杯支架具有结构稳定、加工成本低、易操作等特点,能够提高检测效率和经济效益。
The performance test of main fan in coal mine is an important means to check whether the fan is in normal operation. The periodic inspection and performance test of main fan is a complex and time-consuming project for the mine and the testing organization. The original test method and wind cup support were redesigned and improved. By changing its structure and fixed position, through data analysis and comparison with the original test scheme, the improved wind cup support has the characteristics of stable structure, low processing cost and easy operation, which can improve the detection efficiency and economic benefits.
