摘要
内蒙古某矿井二水平16煤采煤工艺计划由综采放顶煤改为大采高,现有副斜井提升系统存在提升能力不足等诸多问题,制约矿井发展和安全生产。从分析存在问题入手,提出改造副斜井方案和新建缓坡副斜井方案。经技术、经济综合比较后,确定采用新建缓坡副斜井方案,符合未来智能化矿井的发展趋势。
The 16 th coal mining process plan of the second level of a mine in Inner Mongolia is changed from fully mechanized top coal caving to large mining height. The existing auxiliary inclined shaft lifting system has many problems, such as insufficient lifting capacity, which restricts the mine development and safety production. Started with the analysis of the existing problems, and put forward the transformation plan of auxiliary inclined shaft and the new auxiliary inclined shaft with gentle slope.After the comprehensive comparison of technology and economy, it was determined to adopt the scheme of new gentle slope auxiliary inclined shaft, which is in line with the development trend of intelligent mine in the future.
