液压支架连杆铰接孔加工方法及设备的探究及应用

Research and Application of Processing Method and Equipment for Connecting Rod Hinge Hole of Hydraulic Support

掩护式液压支架是一种广泛用于煤矿综采工作面顶板防护的重要设备,主要由顶梁、掩护梁、底座、前连杆、后连杆等结构件组成。通常1套液压支架将有上千件的结构件铰接孔需要加工,其中前、后连杆的数量约为需加工总数的1/2。通过分析前、后连杆的产品特性及现有加工工艺,探究一种新的铰接孔加工方法及相关设备,达到提高生产效率、降低生产成本的目的。

Shield hydraulic support is an important equipment widely used in roof protection of fully mechanized coal mining face, which is mainly composed of roof beam, shield beam, base, front connecting rod, rear connecting rod and other structure parts. Usually a set of hydraulic support will have thousands of structural components hinge hole to be processed, and the number of front and back connecting rod is about half of the total number to be processed. By analyzing the characteristics of the front and back connecting rod and the existing processing technology, a new processing method and related equipment for the hinge hole were explored, which can improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost.
