摘要
为解决传统测试方法、测试装置无法量化呼感式动力送风口罩性能参数的问题,利用PLC自动控制技术和传感器检测技术设计了呼感式动力送风口罩测试平台。该平台可模拟人体多种呼吸状态,自动测量呼感式动力送风口罩的响应时间、吸气压力、关机吸气压力和呼吸压力等性能参数,实时显示设备组件运行状态和数据变换趋势,自动计算测量数据最大值、最小值和平均值,自动生成数据报表。该平台可为呼感式动力送风口罩的设计优化、质量控制和故障分析提供准确、可靠的数据基础,提升呼感式动力送风口罩的综合性能。
In order to solve the problem that the performance parameters of breathing inductive power supply air mask can not be quantified by traditional test methods and testing devices, a test platform of breathing inductive power supply air mask was designed by using PLC automatic control technology and sensor detection technology. This platform can simulate a variety of human breathing states, automatically measure the response time, inspiratory pressure, shut-down inspiratory pressure, respiratory pressure and other performance parameters of breathing inductive power supply air mask, display the running status of equipment components and data transformation trend in real time, automatically calculate the maximum,minimum and average value of measured data, and automatically generate data reports. The platform can provide accurate and reliable data basis for the design optimization, quality control and fault analysis of breathing inductive power supply air mask, and improve the comprehensive performance of breathing inductive power supply air mask.
