摘要
为了实现对上湾煤矿超大采高智能采煤机摇臂状态的监测,开发了一套离线监测系统,用于评估摇臂的健康状态。该系统通过采集设备运行过程中的振动信号,抓取有效的故障数据,及时发现摇臂存在的潜在故障,评估设备的健康状态,制定合理的运维措施。
In order to realize the status detection of the rocker arm of the super mining height shearer in Shang wan coal mine, developed a set of off-line monitoring system to evaluate the health status of the rocker arm. Through acquiring the vibration signal during equipment operation, this system catches the effective fault data to timely find the hidden fault existing in rocker arm, evaluate the health status of the equipment and lay down the rational measures of operation and maintenance.
