《中国教育现代化2035》和《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标纲要》已正式通过并公布;作为未来15年国家教育的重要发展战略与指导方针,服务全民终身学习教育体系的构建亦被正式提上了议事日程。为继续推动我国教育现代化的进程,并进而实现构建高质量现代教育体系的方针与愿景,终身教育必将肩负起新的历史使命与社会责任。而深化教育体制机制改革、完善服务全民终身学习的教育保障系统并引导社会多元主体的积极参与,则是实现上述理想与目标的基本条件与路径。

China’s Education Modernization 2035 and the Outline of the 14 th Five-Year Plan(2021-2025) for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-Range Objectives Through the Year 2035 have been formally adopted and announced recently as important development strategies and guidelines for national education in the next 15 years,and the establishment of a modern education system of lifelong learning has been put on the agenda.To promote China’s education modernization and build a high-quality modern education system,lifelong education must undertake the new historical mission and shoulder social responsibilities.To achieve the above goals we must deepen the reform of education system and mechanism,improve the education supply system,and encourage active participation of multiple social subjects.
