大城市城郊城镇化过程中成人高校功能发挥研究——基于对北京市海淀区北部新区四镇“新市民”学习需求研究

文章以北京市海淀区北部新区四镇这个具有典型性的地域为例探讨了大城市城郊城镇化的特殊性,并指出由于这一特殊性带来的"转居"为"新市民"的学习需求不仅是为满足生存需要而形成的学习需求,还有为满足社会发展需要而形成的学习需求。基于这些需求,文章以北京市海淀区职工大学(中关村学院)这样的区域成人高校的一些教育实践为例,探讨大城市城郊城镇化过程中成人教育功能发挥的新模式、新方法、新途径,即提供新的就业岗位工作技能的教育和培训以助推区域主导产业发展,开展各类社区教育培训和活动以服务区域共同行动网络建设,融通科技和人文教育以引导区域主体精神的形成。

Taking the typical area of the four towns in the northern part of Haidian District as an example,this paper discusses the particularity of urbanization in the suburbs of big cities and points out that the learning needs of new citizens due to this particularity are not only formed to meet their needs of survival,but of society and development.Based on these needs and taking the educational practice of regional adult colleges such as Beijing Haidian Workers’ University(Zhongguancun College) as an example,this paper explores new ways for adult education to perform their functions in the process of urbanization,that is,to provide new vocational skill training and promote the development of regional leading industries,conduct various community education and training,and provide services for regional joint action network construction,financial technology and humanities education to guide the formation of regional spirit.
