成人高校专业课“理实一体化”教学改革的实践与思考

"十三五"期间,石景山区业余大学对专业课开展了"理实一体化"的教学改革。在深入学习相关理论的基础上,笔者分别对管理学基础和市场营销原理与实务两门课程进行了"理实一体化"教学法的实践,取得了一定的效果,也发现了一些问题,并产生了一些思考。文章就此展开总结和分析,期望能够对教学工作有所启发。

During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,Beijing Shijingshan Spare-time University introduced theorypractice integration approach in professional courses to carry out teaching reform.Based on an in-depth study of related theories,the writer put into practice the teaching approach of theory-practice integration in two courses:Fundamentals of Management and Marketing Principles and Practice.The writer succeeded to a certain extent,but also found some problems and had some thinking about it.This paper gives a summary and analysis of her practice and exploration hoping to provide reference for teaching.
