基于国际组织视域探究全球终身学习发展——《国际组织与终身学习发展》述评 被引量:4

摘要 推动终身学习已经成为知识经济社会背景下全球教育治理的核心理念与发展趋势,而构建服务全民的终身学习体系也已上升为我国新时代重要的国家发展战略。《国际组织与终身学习发展》一书基于全球治理理论和终身学习理念,选择联合国教科文组织、经济合作与发展组织、世界银行、欧洲联盟、非洲联盟等五个推展终身学习的国际组织进行比较研究,系统分析了各个组织推展终身学习的背景与走向、核心理念、重要政策文本、原则与机制、工具与方法、成效和政策趋势、价值与贡献。该著作基于国际视野,立足中国现实,既丰富了我国有关终身学习的研究理论和全球治理理论,也为我国各级政府终身学习政策制定者决策、各个部门推进终身学习实践提供了策略参考。 Promoting lifelong learning has become the core concept and development trend of global education governance in the context of a knowledge economy society,and building a lifelong learning system that serves the whole people has also become an important national development strategy in the new era of our country.The book International Organizations and the Development of Lifelong Learning is based on the theory of global governance and the concept of lifelong learning.Five international organizations that promote lifelong learning worldwide,including UNESCO,OECD,World Bank,European Union,and African Union,are selected.Comparative research and systematic analysis have been made concerning the background and trend,core concepts,important policy texts,principles and mechanisms,tools and methods,effectiveness and policy trends,values and contributions of various organizations to promote lifelong learning.The work is based on an international perspective and also on China’s reality.It has not only enriched our country’s relevant lifelong learning research theories and global governance theories,but also provided strategic reference for lifelong learning policy makers at all levels of government in our country and various departments to promote lifelong learning practices.
