施工升降梯新型逃生天窗门锁设计

A Construction Elevator Escape Sunroof Door Lock

为保证施工工地升降梯进行高空作业时的安全,拟设计一种施工升降梯新型逃生天窗门锁。该装置通过弹簧锁和弹簧锁挡块分别与上、下推块之间的配合,来控制逃生天窗由外部或内部开启,进而防止施工升降梯工作的过程中因震动而导致打开天窗时工程作业暂停的事故,具有结构简单、工作稳定、制造成本低的特点。

In order to ensure the safety of construction site elevator for aerial work,it is proposed to design a new escape skylight door lock for construction elevator,the device through the spring lock and spring lock block with the upper and lower push block respectively,to control the escape skylight opened from the outside or inside,and thus prevent the construction elevator work process due to vibration and open the skylight when the engineering work suspended accident,with a simple structure,stable work,and low manufacturing cost.
