摘要 为解决冲击倾向性工作面液压支架选取困难的问题,以小庄煤矿40309工作面为研究对象,采用理论计算和现场实测的方法对冲击矿压工作面液压支架选型进行研究。研究结果表明:理论计算选取的ZF14000/21/40D型液压支架可有效遏制冲击矿压的不良影响;校核结果表明选取的液压支架满足工作面回采要求;液压支架工作期间的最大工作阻力在额定工作阻力的75%以内,保证冲击倾向性工作面安全回采。 In order to solve the problem of difficult selection of hydraulic brackets for impact-prone working face,Xiaozhuang coal mine 40309 working face was used as the research object, and the hydraulic bracket selection for impact mine pressure working face was studied by the method of theoretical calculation and field actual measurement.The results of the study show that the ZF14000/21/40 D hydraulic bracket selected by theoretical calculation can effectively curb the adverse effects of impact mine pressure;the calibration results show that the selected hydraulic bracket meets the requirements of workface recovery;the maximum working resistance of the hydraulic bracket during the working period is within 75% of the rated working resistance, which ensures the safe recovery of impact-prone workface.
