摘要
针对无极绳绞车多次发生因碰撞脱轨的安全事故这一情况,提供了一种具有语音提示功能的无极绳绞车保护装置。该装置在晋能控股煤业集团白洞矿C3号煤层轨道大巷SQ-120/132P型无极绳绞车上进行了安装应用,运行稳定,可对碰撞隐患进行提前预警,且可同时控制绞车内的制动系统进行制动,安全经济效益显著。
In response to the safety accident of induction rope winch which occurred many times due to collision derailment, a protection device of induction rope winch with voice prompt function is provided. The device was installed on the SQ-120/132 P induction rope winch of the C3 coal seam track road of Jinneng Holding Coal Group,which is stable in operation and can provide early warning of collision hazards and control the braking system in the winch at the same time, with significant safety and economic benefits.
