摘要
为提高选煤用高频振动筛的稳定性、优化其结构,针对煤炭分选中使用的高频振动筛进行模态及谐响应分析。结果表明,高频振动筛在正常工作频率下不会发生共振,在激振频率为4 Hz及8 Hz时,振动筛的振幅最大。对振动筛的应力进行分析可知,在振动筛中存在应力集中的现象,应对筛面的结构进行优化,从而提高振动筛的稳定性。
In order to improve the stability of the high freqency vibrating screen and to optimize its structure,modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of high-frequency vibrating screen used in coal sorting are carried out.The results show that the high-frequency vibrating screen does not resonate at normal operating frequency,and the amplitude of the vibrating screen is maximum at the excitation frequency of 4 Hz and 8 Hz.The stress analysis of the vibrating screen shows that there is a stress concentration phenomenon in the vibrating screen,and the structure of the screen surface should be optimized to improve the stability of the vibrating screen.
