综采工作面新型通风除尘装置设计应用

摘要 针对传统的综采工作面喷雾除尘设备在除尘过程中,由于喷头水量无法有效调节,以及喷嘴易被灰尘阻塞等现象而造成的除尘设备故障率、除尘效果差等,对此阜生煤矿经过技术研发后,设计了一种新型的通风除尘设备。通过实际应用效果来看,与传统喷雾洒水装置相比,新型通风除尘装置投入使用后,大大降低了设备故障率,除尘效率提高至87%,取得了显著应用成效。 In view of the failure rate and poor dust removal effect of dust removal equipment caused by the traditional spray dust removal equipment in the process of dust removal, the water volume of nozzle cannot be adjusted effectively and the nozzle is easily blocked by dust, etc., Fusheng coal mine designed a new type of ventilation dust removal equipment after technical research and development, and analyzed the construction characteristics and working principle of the equipment. The new ventilation and dust removal device has greatly reduced the equipment failure rate and increased the dust removal efficiency to 87% compared with the traditional spraying and sprinkling device, which has achieved significant application results.
