为了解决采煤机喷雾降尘系统控制逻辑复杂、降尘效率低的问题,提出并分析了一种新的采煤机喷雾降尘系统。在该系统的设计中,采用了模块化的结构,具有可靠性高、灵活性好的优点,同时采用了中空式喷雾引射腔,能够有效提高降尘效果。

In order to solve the deficiencies of complex control logic and low dust reduction efficiency of the coal mining machine spray dust reduction system, a new coal mining machine spray dust reduction system is proposed. In the design of the system, a modular structure is adopted, which has the advantages of high reliability and flexibility,and a hollow spray pilot chamber is adopted, which can effectively improve the dust reduction effect.
