防冲液压支架在冲击倾向性巷道支护中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 为提高冲击倾向性巷道围岩稳定性,以小庄煤矿40309工作面回风顺槽为研究对象,采用理论分析和现场监测的方法对防冲液压支架在冲击倾向性巷道支护中的应用展开研究。结果表明:防冲液压支架的吸能让位功能可提升冲击倾向性工作面巷道围岩的稳定性;采用防冲液压支架可有效控制超前支护区段巷道围岩变形;防冲液压支架支护区段顶板与两帮变形量均控制在100 mm以内,可保障工作面安全回采。 In order to improve the stability of the impact-prone roadway, the application of the anti-impact hydraulic brace in the impact-prone roadway support was studied by using theoretical analysis and field monitoring method with the backwind chute of the Xiaozhuang coal mine 40309 working face as the research object. The results show that the function of anti-impact hydraulic bracket can improve the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway in the impact-prone working face;the use of anti-impact hydraulic bracket can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway in the over-supported section;the deformation of the roof plate and both helpers in the supported section of the anti-impact hydraulic bracket is controlled within 100 mm, which ensures the safe recovery of the working face.
