摘要
介绍了皮带运输在矿山中应用的能耗现状,提出通过变频控制皮带速度的方法降低皮带输送机的电能消耗,探究了变频节能控制装置的构成及运行方式。该节能控制装置通过在带式输送机安设多种设备,实现对皮带机的智能化控制。经详细计算得出的变频皮带实现功率节能的情况显示,该装置可节约电能,延长设备的使用寿命,具有较高的经济效益,极具推广应用价值。
The current situation of energy consumption of belt transportation in mines is introduced,and the method of frequency conversion control of belt speed is proposed to reduce the electrical energy consumption of belt conveyor,and the composition and operation mode of frequency conversion energy saving control device are explored.It has a high economic benefit and is of great value for promotion and application.
