煤巷掘锚一体机快速掘进技术及工艺研究

Rapid Digging Technology and Process of Integrated Coal Tunneling and Anchor Machine

针对山西某矿在1606运输巷进行的掘锚一体机快速掘进实践,对掘锚一体机结构、现场应用技术方案、安全技术措施及现场应用效果等进行综合阐述。实践效果表明,巷道掘进进尺可达到850 m/月,有效缓解了矿井采掘接替紧张局面,为煤炭高效回采创造了良好条件。

According to the practice of 1606 transport anchor digging machine in a Shanxi Coal Mine,a comprehensive description of the structure,field application technology plan,safety technology measures and field application effect of the anchor digging machine.The results show that the roadway digging progress can reach 850 m/month,effectively alleviating the mine mining succession tension,creating good conditions for efficient coal recovery.
