摘要
为了解决综采工作面超前支护架设时工人劳动强度大、操作复杂、安全管理难度较大的问题,引进了一种采用中空注浆锚索代替单体支柱配合π型梁支护形式的超前支护方式。经实践应用表明,该支护方式提高了支护强度,降低了工人劳动强度,改善了超前支护作业环境,加快了综采工作面回采速度。
In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity,complicated operation and difficulty in safety management when erecting the overrun support at the comprehensive mining working face,an overrun support method using hollow grouting anchor cable instead of monolithic pillar with π-beam support was introduced,which changed from passive support to active support.The practical application shows that the support method improves the support strength,reduces the labor intensity of workers,improves the operating environment of overrun support,and speeds up the recovery speed of the comprehensive mining face.
