摘要
针对岳城煤矿15号煤东轨道大巷巷道顶底板变形严重、持续性底鼓等问题,提出了"巷道喷浆+巷帮底板注浆+两帮锚索补强"的综合支护方案,并对注浆工艺进行了系统介绍。现场验证后表明:注浆后巷道顶底移近量最大移进量为169 mm,两帮移近量最大为141 mm,巷道围岩保持了很好的完整性。
In view of the serious deformation of the top and bottom plates of the 15# coal east track roadway in Yuecheng coal mine and the persistent bottom drum, a comprehensive support plan of "roadway slurry spraying +roadway bottom plate grouting + two gang anchor cable reinforcement" is proposed and the grouting process is introduced systematically. After the field verification, it was shown that the maximum amount of top and bottom displacement of the roadway after grouting was 169 mm, and the maximum amount of displacement of the two gangs was 141 mm, and the surrounding rock of the roadway maintained good integrity.
