摘要
基于山西某矿3306采煤工作面机头位置布置的SZZ900/315转载机基本特征,对转载机远程监控系统进行设计,并对远程监控系统中各子系统结构等进行详细阐述。经实践证明,远程监控系统可实现采煤工作面转载机运行参数的远程监控,可提高转载机运行的智能化监控能力。该研究成果可为其他矿井采煤工作面转载机运行监控提供经验参考。
Based on the basic characteristics of SZZ900/315 coal transfer machine arranged at the head position of 3306 coal mining working face in a mine in Shanxi,the remote monitoring system of the transfer machine is designed and the structure of each subsystem in the remote monitoring system is elaborated.It is proved by practice that the remote monitoring system can realize the remote monitoring of the operating parameters of the coal mining working face reloader,thus improving the intelligent monitoring capability of the reloader operation,and the research results can provide experience reference for the monitoring of the reloader operation in other coal mining working faces.
