摘要
鉴于液压支架作为综采工作面的主要支护设备,其高支护质量对于保证综采工作面设备、人员的安全具有重要意义,以ZFY18000/28/53D液压支架和放顶煤开采方式为基础,首先研究了液压支架与工作面智能耦合监测功能,主要对液压支架智能化自适应控制的煤矸精准识别和支架高度精准控制的算法进行研究,为后续液压支架智能化自适应控制功能的工业性应用奠定理论基础。
As the main support equipment of the comprehensive mining face, it is important to improve its support quality to ensure the safety of the equipment and personnel in the comprehensive mining face. Based on ZFY18000/28/53D hydraulic bracket and top-putting coal mining method, the intelligent coupling monitoring function of hydraulic bracket and working face is firstly studied, and the algorithm of precise identification of coal gangue and precise control of bracket height for intelligent adaptive control of hydraulic bracket is mainly researched to lay the theoretical foundation for the subsequent industrial application of intelligent adaptive control function of hydraulic bracket.
