摘要 基于煤矿空压机运行现状,介绍了煤矿空压机工作原理,借助PLC控制技术设计了空压机变频调度控制系统,以及系统的硬件部分与软件部分,通过应用该系统可实现在线监控空压机组运行状态,根据实际运行工况科学合理地调整空压机组的运行。实际应用结果表明,变频调速系统的应用有效降低了空压机组能耗,提高了机组运行效能。 Based on the current situation of coal mine air compressor operation,the working principle of coal mine air compressor is introduced,the air compressor variable frequency scheduling control system is designed with the help of PLC control technology,and the hardware part and software part of the system are designed.By applying this system,the operation status of air compressor set can be monitored online,and the operation of air compressor set can be adjusted scientifically and reasonably according to the actual operating conditions.The practical application results show that the application of the variable frequency speed control system effectively reduces the energy consumption of the compressor unit and improves the operating efficiency of the unit.
