摘要
为进一步提升带式输送机运输的安全性和效率,在传统智能控制的基础上配置自动巡检装置。首先,重点对设备断带、跑偏、纵向撕裂、火灾等故障进行全面、精准定位;其次,重点对自动巡检装置的机械部件、数据采集系统、无线通信方式及检修缆车进行设计配置;最后,对自动巡检装置的应用效果进行实际评估,取得理想效果。
In order to further improve the safety and efficiency of the actual transportation of the belt conveyor,the automatic inspection device is configured on the basis of the traditional intelligent control,focusing on the comprehensive and accurate positioning of faults such as belt breakage,runaway,longitudinal tear and fire of the equipment;secondly,the mechanical components,data acquisition system,wireless communication method and maintenance cable car of the automatic inspection device are designed and configured;finally,the application effect of the automatic inspection device is practically evaluated to achieve the desired effect.Finally,the application effect of automatic inspection device is evaluated and the desired effect is achieved.
