摘要
刮板输送机在恶劣环境中工作时较容易出现各种不同类型的故障,不仅会缩短刮板输送机的正常使用寿命,而且会对煤泥输送作业造成不良影响。基于此,围绕刮板输送机的常见故障进行分析,提出了各类型故障的有效处理措施,为企业生产效率的有效提升提供保障。
When scraper conveyor works in harsh environment,it is easy to have different types of failures,which not only affects the normal service life of scraper conveyor,but also causes adverse effects on coal slurry conveying operation.Based on this,the common faults of the scraper conveyor are analyzed,and effective measures for handling each type of fault are proposed to ensure that the production efficiency of the enterprise is effectively improved.
