摘要
【目的/意义】以大学生知识素养体系为基础,从个体视角研究大学生的知识管理模型,为提高大学生知识管理能力提供新视角。【方法/过程】通过对知识素养和个人知识管理的文献回顾,以知识经济时代大学生全面培养为目标,整合大学生知识素养体系和个人知识管理具体过程,构建以知识素养为基础的大学生个人知识管理模型,并提出相关保障措施。【结果/结论】研究表明:大学生知识素养体系可总结为思想政治知识、学科专业知识、心理健康知识以及就业创业知识四个维度的内容。同时,大学生的知识管理过程包括知识获取、知识存储、知识应用、知识分享和知识创造五个阶段。大学生知识素养的四个维度和大学生知识管理五个阶段的螺旋式交互构成大学生个人知识管理模型,即大学生个人知识管理是对上述不同类型知识的管理。【创新/局限】本文创新之处在于从知识素养着手分析大学生的个人知识管理,但属于理论探索研究,后续需结合案例研究和实证进行深入探讨。
【Purpose/significance】Based on the knowledge literacy system of college students,this paper builds the knowledge management model of college students from the individual perspective,so as to provide a new perspective for improving the knowledge management capability of college students.【Method/process】By reviewing the theories concerning knowledge literacy and personal knowledge management,taking the training objectives of college students in the era of knowledge economy as the goal,integrating the knowledge literacy system of college students and the specific process of personal knowledge management,constructing the personal knowledge management model of college students and putting forward relevant safeguard measures.【Result/conclusion】The research shows that the knowledge literacy system of college students can be summarized into four dimensions:ideological and political knowledge,professional knowledge,psychological knowledge,employment and entrepreneurship knowledge.Meanwhile,the process of knowledge management of college students includes five stages:knowledge acquisition,knowledge storage,knowledge application,knowledge sharing and knowledge creation.The spiral interaction between the four aspects of knowledge literacy and the five stages of individual knowledge management process constitute the model of college students’personal knowledge management.That is,knowledge management for college students is the management of the above different aspects of knowledge.【Innovation/limitation】The innovation of this paper lies in the analysis of personal knowledge management of college students from the perspective of knowledge literacy.But it belongs to theoretical exploration research,and further discussion should be carried out based on case studies and empirical studies.
