摘要
从能源结构及能源发展战略看,中国石油炼制与化工行业已进入转型升级的关键时期,迫切需要具有国际视野的创新人才。为满足新时代对化工人才的需求,文章以中国石油大学(华东)化学工程学院为例,介绍了该学院优化整合学位点课程,构建"四性凸显"的个性化培养方案,搭建"五位一体"的科研创新平台,构建"六元协同"的培养模式和建立"全员育人"的培养机制的实践。新的人才培养体系为研究生国际视野的拓展和创新能力的提升提供了强力支撑。
The development strategy and energy structure in China shows that the petroleum refining and petrochemical industry is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading.The chemical industry urgently needs innovative talents with international perspective.In order to meet the demand for chemical engineering talents in the new era,the courses were optimized and integrated,and the master programs with four special characters was constructed.Five kinds of innovation platforms for research have been built.Six training modes and a training mechanism have been constructed.The new system of talent cultivation in College of Chemical Engineering of University of Petroleum(East China)can strongly support the improvement of international vision and innovative ability of the master students.
