摘要 高等学校化学工程领域本科生是未来化工生产、工程实践和科学研究的主体,加强工程伦理意识和能力培养,是新时代经济社会高质量发展对化工人才的内在需求。北京化工大学结合本校化学工程专业本科生的工程伦理教育经验,总结了在工程伦理学课程设计和教学模式创新方面颇具特色的实践。该校工程伦理学课程旨在引导本科生树立正确的工程伦理观,实现从"工程知识传授"到"工程师人才培养"的转变。 The undergraduates majored in chemical engineering are the main candidates of talents for chemical production,engineering practice and scientific research in chemical industry.It has been highly demanded that talented chemical engineers with engineering ethics and ability should have been educated with high-quality development of economic society as the core interests.Based on the first-hand teaching experiences of engineering ethics for undergraduates majored in chemical engineering in recent years in Beijing University of Chemical Technology,we have summarized the characteristic practice in the design of the engineering ethics course and the innovation of teaching mode.This course aims to train and guide the students to have correct ethics and to realize the paradigm changing from engineering knowledge teaching to engineer talent training.
