新形势下工科教师工程实践能力的培养和提升策略——以制药工程专业为例

Cultivation and Improvement Strategy of Engineering Teachers’Engineering Practice Ability under the New Situation——Taking Pharmaceutical Engineering as an Example

高校评价体制和考核指标长期存在"重理论、轻实践"的现象,导致教师的工程实践能力差强人意。文章分析了高校工科教师工程实践能力的现状,并基于新形势下工科教师面临的新要求,从管理层面、专业层面、教师层面出发,提出了工科教师工程实践能力培养和提升策略。

In the evaluation system and assessment index of colleges and universities,the phenomenon of emphasizing theory over practice exists for a long time,which results that teachers’engineering practice ability is week.This paper analyzed the present situation of engineering practice ability of engineering teachers in colleges.Based on the new requirements facing by engineering teachers in the new situation,this paper provided the cultivation and promotion strategy of engineering teachers’engineering practice ability from the management level,professional level and teaching level.
