摘要
实践育人是培养时代新人的重要路径,是实现学生德智体美劳全面发展的有效途径。当前,高校实践育人存在目标体系缺失、实践目标含糊不清、实践课程整合不够、实践内容参差不齐、考核标准科学性不足、育人成效难以评价、评价机制尚不完善、实践质量难以评估等问题。文章借鉴"泰勒原理"课程开发经典模式,从实践育人目标、内容、考核与评价四个维度构建了实践育人体系化建设的路径,以期为高校实践育人向纵深推进提供参考。
Practice education is an important way to cultivate the new generation of the times,and it is an effective way for students to develop morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically and laborially.At present,there are some problems in practical education in colleges and universities,such as the systematic absence of objectives,vague practical objectives,insufficient courses integration,uneven content of practice,insufficient scientific assessment standards,difficulty in evaluating the effectiveness of education,unformed evaluation mechanism and difficulty in evaluating the quality of practice.Based on the classic course development model of Taylor Principle,this paper constructs the systematic construction path of practical education from four dimensions,including the goal,content,examination and evaluation,in hope of putting forward constructive suggestions for the in-depth promotion of practical education in colleges and universities in China.
