倒置式油浸电流互感器气体扩散分布规律研究 被引量:9

摘要 充油设备如倒置式油浸电流互感器等在运行过程中,因受到电场、磁场等作用下,绝缘油会发生氧化、裂解及碳化,使得某些碳氢键和碳碳键断裂,通过复杂的化学反应重新化合生成一氧化碳、二氧化碳、氢气等气体。由于在研究倒置式油浸电流互感器时,头部因故障产生的气体只能通过在互感器底部取油阀取油样进行色谱分析检测,因此为研究绝缘油中气体从产生到稳定的扩散分布规律,文中通过COMSOL仿真平台,以及有限元分析方法和多物理场耦合分析方法等进行65 kV倒置式油浸电流互感器模型建立研究气体扩散分布规律,并通过搭建实物模型进行实验验证。实验及仿真结果相互验证,得到了绝缘油中气体的扩散分布规律,建立了电流互感器气体扩散分布计算模型,为相关设备的检修提供了新的思路。 The insulation oil for such oil-filled equipment as inverted oil-immersed current transformer,etc will occur oxidization,dissociation and carbonization in the operation due to the action of electric field and magnetic field,causing some CH bonds and CC bonds to break,and recombine to form such gases as C0,CO2 and H2 through complicated chemical reaction.In case of studying the inverted oil-immersed current transformer,the gas generated by the head due to fault can only be detected by chromatographic analysis of the oil sample taken from oil valve at bottom of the transformer.Therefore,in order to study the law of gas diffusion from generation to stable diffusion of the insulation oil,the model of 65 kV inverted oil-immersed current transformer is set up by COMSOL simulation platform,the finite element analysis method and the Multiphysics coupling analysis method so to study the diffusion and distribution law of gas and the experimental verification is performed by way of setting up physical model.The experimental and simulation results are mutually verified and the diffusion distribution law of gas in insulating oil is obtained.The calculation model of gas diffusion distribution of current transformer is set up,which provides a new idea for the maintenance of related equipment.
