基于有限元方法的GIL压接结构及成形工艺寻优研究 被引量:1

摘要 文中基于有限元仿真分析方法,研究了GIL产品的压接结构及其成形工艺。以顶楔牢固同时绝缘子受应力最小为目标,进行了顶楔寻优研究,确定了顶楔力优化值。以金属筒端塑变径向位移最充分又不过度为原则,进行了缩口寻优研究,确定了缩口力优化值。利用有限元分析手段优势,解决了结构塑变成形后最终实体精准建模问题,为GIL产品电场、温度场分析提供了模型基础。按照顶楔力、缩口力优化工艺参数,制造了压接结构GIL试验工件,完成并通过了实物试验工件的系列试验验证,确定了有限元寻优研究的有效性。 In this paper,the crimping structure and forming process of GIL product is studied on the basis of the finite element simulation analysis method.With firm top wedge and minimum stress on insulator as the goal,the research on top wedge optimization is performed and the optimal value of top wedge force is determined.Based on the principle that the plastic radial displacement of the metal cylinder end is the most sufficient and not excessive,the optimization research of shrinkage orifice is carried out and the optimal value of the shrinkage orifice force is determined.The accurate modeling of the final object after the plastic shaping of the structure is solved by using the advantage of finite element analysis methods,which provides a model basis for the analysis of the electric field and temperature field of GIL product.The GIL test piece of the crimping structure is manufactured in accordance with the optimal process parameters of the top wedge force and shrinkage force is produced,The series test verification of the actual test piece is completed and passed and the effectiveness of the finite element optimization is defined.
