间歇性置管注食对鼻咽癌放化疗患者营养状况的影响

The influence of intermittent catheterization on the nutritional status of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after concurrent chemoradiation

目的探讨间歇性置管注食对鼻咽癌患者营养状况的影响。方法按随机数字表法将入选的患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例,两组患者均给予常规营养指导和健康宣教,由营养科统一配置营养均衡、无渣糊状食物。对照组采用持续经鼻胃管置管鼻饲法,观察组采用间歇性置管注食法,观察出院时患者的营养状况。结果观察组患者营养状况较对照组明显提高,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论间歇性置管注食能明显改善鼻咽癌患者的营养状况,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of intermittent catheterization on nutritional status of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.Methods According to the random number table method,the enrolled patients were divided into the observation group and control group with 20 cases each.The patients in both groups were given routine nutrition guidance and health education,and the nutrition department uniformly provided balanced nutrition and no residue paste food.The control group was treated with continuous trans nasogastric tube feeding,while the observation group was treated with intermittent tube feeding to observe the nutritional status of patients at discharge.Results The nutritional status of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Intermittent catheterization can obviously improve the nutritional status in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC),worthy of clinical popularization and application.
