泸州市艾滋病治疗管理中治疗情况及未治疗原因分析

Analysis of treatment status and causes of untreatment in Luzhou acquired immunodeficiency syndrome treatment management

目的分析泸州市艾滋病治疗情况及未治疗原因,为制定科学的治疗管理策略提供依据。方法选择2019-01-01-2019-12-31现住址为泸州市的艾滋病病毒感染者和患者为研究对象。运用描述性统计法和经验总结法对艾滋病治疗管理工作情况进行分析。结果泸州市接受规范抗病毒治疗覆盖率为92.57%,接受规范抗病毒治疗成功率为91.76%。未治疗原因第1位为拒绝治疗,占36.50%,第2位为无法联系,占23.62%。治疗失败原因第1位为依从性差,占52.84%,第2位为耐药,占22.75%。结论泸州市艾滋病治疗管理取得了较好的效果,治疗覆盖率和成功率均已达标。拒绝治疗病例纳入治疗管理工作开展困难,服药依从性差导致治疗失败居多,需加强基层医疗机构艾防人员建设,加强抗病毒治疗益处宣传、感染者检测发现及转介治疗等综合干预措施,推进治疗信息管理平台的使用。

Objective To analyze the status of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)treatment and the reasons for non-treatment in Luzhou City,so as to provide a basis for formulating scientific treatment management strategies.Methods The HIV-infected persons and patients whose current address is Luzhou City form January 1 to December 31,2019 were selected as the research objects.Descriptive statistics and experience summary methods were used to analyze the management of AIDS treatment.Results The coverage rate of Luzhou City receiving standardized antiviral treatment was 92.57%,and the success rate of receiving standardized antiviral treatment was 91.76%.The first reason for untreated treatment was refusal,accounting for 36.50%,and the second reason was unreachable,accounting for 23.62%.The first reason for treatment failure was poor compliance,accounting for 52.84%,and the second reason was drug resistance,accounting for 22.75%.Conclusions AIDS treatment management has achieved good results in Luzhou City,and treatment coverage and success rates have reached the standard.It is difficult to carry out treatment management for cases of refusal to be treated.Poor medication compliance leads to treatment failures.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of AIDS prevention personnel in primary medical institutions,strengthen the promotion of antiviral treatment benefits,detection and discovery of infected persons,and referral to treatment and other comprehensive intervention measures to promote treatment use of information management platform.
