摘要
神经元突起是体内信息传递的桥梁,神经递质通过突起的连接而传递。在神经元突起生长过程中有大量的细胞内和细胞外基质中的蛋白因子对其进行调节,有调节神经元突起的长度、数量或抑制神经元突起的生长等作用。文章就神经元突起的生长过程、所需调节蛋白及突起生长信号等进行综述。
Neurite is the bridge of information transmission in the body,and neurotransmitter is transmitted through the connection of neurite.In the process of neurite growth,a large number of protein factors in the intracellular and extracellular matrix protein factors regulate the growth of neurite.These proteins have the functions of regulating the length and number of neurite,or inhibiting the growth of neurite.In this paper,the process of neurite growth,regulatory proteins and neurite growth signals were reviewed.
