摘要 病毒样颗粒(virus-like particle,VLP)是一类不同于可溶性重组抗原的亚单位疫苗,具有较强的免疫原性。与亲本病毒一样,VLP既可以是无包膜的,也可以是带包膜的。根据VLP的复杂性,它可以在原核或真核表达系统中使用重组载体生产。到目前为止,针对各种疾病的VLP候选疫苗已经在不同的表达系统中生产出来。一些VLP已经进入临床试验阶段,少数已经获得许可和商业化。文章综述了各类VLP疫苗、各种表达系统的表达效果以及嵌合类VLP的构建及其免疫原性。 Virus-like particle(VLP)is one kind of subunit vaccines which is different from soluble recombinant antigens,and usually shows strong antigenicity and immunogenicity.According to the parental virus,VLPs can be non-enveloped or enveloped.According to its complexity,VLP can be produced in prokaryotic or eukaryotic expression systems by using recombinant vectors.So far,VLP candidate vaccines against various diseases have been produced in different expression systems.Some VLPs have been tested in clinical trials and a few of them have been licensed and became commercialized.This review summarized the types of VLP vaccines,the effect of different expression systems on VLP production as well as the construction and immunogenicity of chimeric VLPs.
