信号蛋白7A在心脑血管疾病中的研究进展 被引量:2

Research progress of semaphorin 7A in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases

摘要 信号蛋白(semaphorin)是一种以保守的氨基末端Sema信号域为特征的分泌蛋白和膜相关蛋白,由20多个成员组成,但只有一个糖磷脂酰肌醇(glycophosphatidylinositol,GPI)锚定的信号蛋白即信号蛋白7A(semaphoring 7A,Sema7A)。Sema7A参与了轴突生长、肺纤维化、骨稳态等诸多方面,在心脑血管疾病中具有重要作用。慢性炎性损伤是动脉粥样硬化等心脑血管疾病的特征,Sema7A可通过多种途径介导炎性反应进而促进心脑血管疾病的进展,现就Sema7A在动脉粥样硬化、卒中、心肌损伤等心脑血管疾病中的研究进展进行综述。 Semaphorin is secreted and membrane-associated proteins characterized by a conserved amino-terminal'Sema’domain.It consists of more than 20 members,but there is only one glycophosphatidylinositol(GPI)-linked member of the semaphorin family,namely semaphorin 7A(Sema7A).Sema7A is involved in many aspects of axonal growth,pulmonary fibrosis and bone homeostasis,and plays an important role in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Chronic inflammatory injury is a characteristic of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis.Sema7A can mediate inflammatory response through a variety of ways to promote the progression of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.This review summarized the research progress of Sema7A in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis,stroke and myocardial injury.
